We provide in depth support for banks in the area of loan auditing and due diligence. Prepare assets for sale to the general public and other institutions. Work with institutions to increase their ratio's. Also provide training in the area of residential and commercial construction lending. Providing both origination, processing, disbursement and final funding of construction loans. Additionally provide institutions consumer classes on understanding the construction lending process.

RSM McGladrey, Inc. – Chicago, IL (2008 – 2010)
Asset Manager

Directed a team of 15 in the disposition of $500 million commercial and residential loan portfolio at a failed bank. Maintained full responsibility for operation processes for account holds. Presented case/loan memorandums for FDIC approval. Managed all aspects of borrower contact to consummate workout transactions. Prepared and executed sale foreclosures. Completed foreclosures for transfer to OREO Facilitator.

Participated in the resolution of litigation issues with legal on suits filed against FDIC.
